All of these compounds belong to beta-lactam antibiotics specifically penicillins. All of them share the same beta-lactam ring core but Ampicillin lacks the para hydroxy moiety attached to the phenyl group. Methicillin has a 2,6-dimethoxy moiety on the phenyl group which acts as a steric hindrance and gives it less susceptibility to beta-lactamase and nafcillin, as the name recalls, has a 2-ethoxy-1-naphthoyl moiety as a steric hindrance too.
